Case study :
Can you train someone out of job ?
Answer:
Before we move to the case, first thing first we have to analyze deeper is about the training of the employee. Training is an attempt to improve current or future. It can be classified into on-the-job training and off-the-job training. On-the-job training is the preferred type of many points of view, especially because its relevance and immediate transferability to the job.Meanwhile, organizations with the biggest training programs often use off-the-job training. It is a model of training, that can be defined as an employee training at the site away from the actual work environment. In the common days, it is often utilizes lecture discussion approach, case study, role playing, simulation and also self study.
Now, we come to the question case. Can we train someone out of the job ?The answer is absolutely yes. Yes we can train someone out of his/ her job. It is a form of off-the-job training, where the employee being train for another function of job which is site away from his/her current job. We can train someone out of his/her job, especially in their young age. The reason is simple, young age people, are the people who are easy to knowing and understand something new. It will not be so hard for us to introduce them a new job and train them. We can train them by several approach. The first approach is lecturers. In this approach, we will give the them a lecture or lecturers in order to give them some information. The second approach is case study. A case study approach let the employee to think and analyze some cases,in order to solve the problems. this approach needs a full concentration in order to really good in solving the case and problems. Actually, we still have many approach to be applied in order to train someone out of the job, such as role playing, simulation,and also self study, but those approach have the same goal, which is to give a training towards the employee.
As the conclusion, we have to say that we can train someone out of the job, especially when they are in the young age, and can easily understand something.

itu kalimat pertama dari sebentuk makhluk gendut berwarna pink (well, she wasn’t physically pink, actually) waktu kita pertama kali ngobrol di hari pertama kuliah.
The first thing came up thru’ mind is : “makhluk macam apa ini? udah badannya gede ngomongnya kaya valentino rossi lagi balapan, udah gitu she wears fully PINK! from top to toe! :O ”
but well, orang unik itu akhirnya jadi ‘best girl’ gue. yap, bey & kania. they are :)
nggak ada yang ngalahin kegilaan bey. ngakaknya bey yang bikin kuping sobek, kapasitas perut bey yang bisa nampung segala macem makanan enak (serius,Bey adalah ‘culinary guide’ terbaik yang pernah gue kenal. semua makanan yang dia suggest nggak ada yang nggak enak :P)
Bey, beeeeeey…dia paliiiiiing bisa bikin orang galau yang habis nangis-nangis darah ketawa ngakak lagi dalam momentum yang sangat singkat dengan skill ngelawak dia yang tingkat OVJ. dia panikan. sangaaaatt mudah panik, even for the tiniest thing
but well, it’s her. it’s zsabella. our bey. our best friend, best sister, best girl.
